By placing an order, the customer agrees to the contractual terms applicable to that purchase, without prejudice to any mandatory rights granted by applicable law.
2. Scope and Customer Categories
We sell physical decorative objects manufactured using 3D printing technology.
Our products are offered from a fixed catalogue. We do not offer bespoke designs, individual product customisation or made-to-order modifications unless expressly stated on a product page.
These Terms and Conditions apply to both:
- Consumers (B2C): natural persons acting primarily for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession.
- Business customers (B2B): customers purchasing for purposes related to their trade, business, craft or profession.
Mandatory consumer protection provisions apply to consumer purchases where legally required. Provisions specifically applicable to consumers do not automatically apply to business-to-business transactions.
3. Product Descriptions and 3D-Printing Characteristics
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, materials, colours and other specifications are accurate.
As 3D printing is an additive manufacturing process, minor variations in surface texture, layer lines, finish and colour appearance may occur between individual products.
Such variations do not excuse any failure to meet the product description, agreed specifications, applicable safety requirements or statutory conformity requirements.
Customers should read the product description, intended use, care instructions and safety warnings before ordering.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, our products are intended for decorative purposes. They must not be assumed to be toys, food-contact articles, medical devices, structural components or products suitable for safety-critical applications.
4. Product Availability
Products are offered subject to availability.
We may print products after an order has been placed. Any relevant production or processing estimate will be displayed on the website or communicated during the ordering process.
If we cannot fulfil an accepted order because a product is unavailable, we will inform the customer and refund any payment received for the unfulfilled order without undue delay, as required by law.
We may correct genuine errors in product information or pricing, subject to applicable law and the rights of customers whose orders have already been accepted.
5. Prices, Taxes and Delivery Charges
Prices are displayed in euros (EUR), unless another currency is expressly indicated.
The applicable tax treatment and whether VAT is charged will be determined by our legally applicable tax regime and the nature and destination of the transaction.
Before an order is placed, customers will be informed of the total price payable, including applicable taxes and mandatory additional charges.
Delivery costs will be displayed before checkout is completed.
Where a transaction involves VAT in another EU Member State, the applicable destination-country VAT rules and any relevant EU scheme will be applied where required.
We will not impose undisclosed mandatory charges or additional payments that have not been properly authorised as required by law.
6. Orders and Contract Formation
Customers may order products by selecting the relevant items, adding them to their shopping cart and completing the checkout process.
Before submitting an order, customers must have the opportunity to review the products, quantities, delivery address, applicable charges and total amount payable.
The final order button must clearly indicate that placing the order entails an obligation to pay. We will use wording that complies with the mandatory rules applicable to online orders, such as “Order with obligation to pay” or an equally unambiguous formulation.
After an order is submitted, we will send an electronic acknowledgement of receipt.
The sales contract is concluded when we expressly accept the order or dispatch the products, as indicated in our order confirmation process.
We may refuse an order where there is a lawful reason, including payment failure, suspected fraud, product unavailability or a manifest pricing error.
If we cannot fulfil an order for which payment has been received, we will refund the relevant amount in accordance with applicable law.
7. Payment
Available payment methods are shown during checkout.
Payment must be completed using an accepted method, unless an alternative payment arrangement has been expressly agreed.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers under their applicable terms and privacy policies.
We will handle payment information in accordance with applicable data protection and payment security requirements.
8. Shipping and Delivery
We offer delivery to the EU destinations made available during checkout. The availability of delivery services, methods, charges and estimated delivery times may vary by destination.
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith. They do not replace any binding delivery deadline agreed with the customer or imposed by law.
Unless another delivery period has been agreed, delivery will take place within the applicable legal period, generally no later than 30 days after the conclusion of a consumer sales contract.
If delivery is delayed beyond the applicable period, the customer may be entitled to request delivery within an appropriate additional period and, where the legal conditions are met, terminate the contract and obtain a refund.
For consumer sales, the risk of loss of or damage to the goods passes to the consumer when the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, physically acquires possession of the goods.
Where the consumer independently commissions a carrier that we have not offered, risk passes in accordance with applicable law.
Customers are encouraged to contact us promptly if a parcel is missing or arrives damaged. This does not limit their statutory rights.
9. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
This section applies to consumers entering into distance contracts where a statutory right of withdrawal applies. It does not automatically apply to business customers purchasing in a professional capacity.
Consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract for goods without giving a reason.
For physical goods, the withdrawal period normally expires 14 days after the day on which the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform us of their decision by an unequivocal statement, for example by email or post, using the contact details in Section 1.
The model withdrawal form in Section 10 may be used but is not compulsory.
The consumer must send the goods back or hand them over to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of the withdrawal, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Unless we have agreed to bear the return costs, the consumer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, provided that the consumer was informed of this obligation before the purchase.
The consumer may handle and inspect the goods to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. The consumer may be liable for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary, where permitted by law.
Following a valid withdrawal, we will reimburse payments received, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered, where required by law.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or the consumer has supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Refunds will be made using the same means of payment as the original transaction, unless the consumer expressly agrees otherwise and without additional fees.
The exception for goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised does not ordinarily apply to our standard, non-customisable catalogue products merely because they are manufactured using 3D printing technology.
Nothing in this section limits the consumer’s rights regarding defective, damaged or non-conforming products.
10. Model Withdrawal Form
This form may be used by consumers wishing to exercise their statutory right of withdrawal.

11. Legal Guarantee and Product Conformity
For consumer purchases, we are responsible for ensuring that products conform to the contract as required by applicable Belgian law and other mandatory consumer protection legislation.
The statutory legal guarantee for new consumer goods is generally two years from delivery under Belgian law.
If a product is defective, damaged, does not match its description or otherwise fails to conform to the contract, the customer should contact us at [Professional email address], providing the order number and a description of the problem.
Where reasonably helpful, customers may provide photographs or other information to help us assess the issue.
We will provide the remedies required by applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, these may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or termination of the contract with a refund.
Where repair or replacement is legally required, it will be provided without charge and in accordance with the applicable legal conditions and deadlines.
The statutory guarantee is not excluded merely because a product is 3D-printed or because ordinary manufacturing characteristics are present.
For business-to-business purchases, conformity, remedies and any contractual commercial guarantee will be determined by the applicable law and the contract, subject to mandatory legal provisions.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Product Safety and Intended Use
Our products are offered for decorative purposes unless a product page expressly states otherwise.
Customers must follow the applicable product descriptions, care instructions, warnings and safety information.
Unless expressly confirmed for a particular product, customers must not assume that it is suitable for food contact, use by children, use as a toy, high-temperature applications, structural loads or safety-critical purposes.
We will provide the product identification, manufacturer information, applicable warnings and other safety information required by the laws governing the products we sell.
Customers should not use products in ways that contradict their stated intended use or safety instructions.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits mandatory product safety obligations or product liability.
13. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website, including product photographs, text, graphics, logos, product designs and other materials, is owned by us or used under an appropriate licence.
Purchasing a physical object does not automatically transfer intellectual property rights in the object’s design, digital model or associated artwork.
Customers may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit our protected content without permission, except where permitted by law.
14. Privacy and Cookies
We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Further information about the personal data collected, the purposes and legal bases of processing, retention periods, recipients, customer rights and contact details is provided in our Privacy Policy.
Information about cookies and similar technologies, including consent where required, is provided in our Cookie Policy or cookie notice.
15. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Customers may contact us with complaints, questions or requests concerning an order using the contact details in Section 1.
Please include the order number and a clear description of the issue.
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints directly and in good faith.
Consumers may also have access to competent consumer protection authorities, recognised alternative dispute resolution bodies or courts, as provided by applicable law.
For cross-border consumer disputes, customers may consult the European Consumer Centre in their country of residence or the relevant competent Belgian body.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Belgian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions that apply to a consumer under the law applicable to their situation.
Where a consumer resides in another EU Member State and we direct our commercial activities to that country, a choice of Belgian law will not deprive the consumer of protection afforded by provisions that cannot lawfully be excluded by agreement.
Jurisdiction will be determined in accordance with the applicable legal rules, including mandatory consumer jurisdiction protections.
For business-to-business transactions, the competent courts will be determined by the applicable law and any valid jurisdiction agreement.
17. Amendments
We may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes to our business, website or applicable law.
The version in force when an order is concluded applies to that transaction, subject to mandatory legal requirements.
The date at the beginning of this document indicates when it was last updated.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
No provision will be interpreted as removing a mandatory right that the customer has under applicable law.
